The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are the latest iPhone releases from the Apple brand and so far, they have enjoyed stunning reviews and feedbacks across popular tech blogs and mobile phone review websites.
Recently, there has been a large influx of the phone to various parts of the world, and Africa wants a taste too. MTN has heard the voice of the chanting crowd and the mobile telecommunications giant is set to release their own branded version of the design in South Africa.
MTN has promised to start selling the Apple iPhone 6s as from the 16th of October. This announcement is only for South African markets but going by tradition, it is expected that MTN introduces the newest releases into other African markers as well.
Coincidentally, Vodacom would also start offering iPhone 6 and 6s devices on the same day. Customers are to prepare to be wowed by whatever offers these two brands would make available to beat competition.
Interested customers can proceed to the MTN Website and make their intentions known by registering to receive one of the device when launch date is finally here. Vodacom on the other hand has said it would start offering customers the option to pre-order the devices from the 9th of October, helping them to secure a piece before it runs out.
Both telecommunications giants are yet to decide on the release price for their respective products but this is expected to come in soon. There is also good news for users of old iPhone devices as the iStore is offering them a feature that allows trade-in for the new iPhone device.
