A fortnight ago, Samsung took to the stage to announce the Galaxy Note5, a much-anticipated smartphone from a lineup whose importance to the history of smartphones (especially bigger ones) as we have them today cannot be overstated.
For those who love it more rugged and beefier, strongly making rounds on the Internet right now, this Note5 variant will sport IP68-certification for water and dust resistance. Reports suggest that the handset will officially make it to the shelves of AT&T, the United States carrier.
Among other features which will be preserved from the original Galaxy Note5, the Galaxy Note5 Active is said to be also packing a bigger battery which is allegedly beefed up from 3,000mAh found on the regular Note 5 to 4,100mAh on the upcoming device.
Speaking of a release date, the Note5 Active will get officially unveiled in the second week on November, sources claim.
